The Core Charger Method

HOW IT WORKS

Learn the Internal Vertical Line Principle so that you can get the most out of your Core Charger

1. The INTERNAL VERTICAL LINE

Everyone has what we call an Internal Vertical Line—the vertical your internal abdominal muscles work toward as your body naturally makes small adjustments to keep you balanced and aligned.

That vertical line is there regardless of your body shape.”

Improved back position, posture and body alignment are related to your body working toward that vertical line.

Core Charger applies focused pressure at the bottom of that line. That bottom-of-the-line pressure triggers your body's natural adjustment process as you work and move.

Those adjustments aren't limited to your core—they also involve the muscles that position your back, hips, shoulders and neck.

Move, lift, stand and sit from a stronger, better-aligned position—your body does the work.

2. The FIT

Position Core Charger below the navel, across the lower abdomen.

Think low- or mid-rise pants, or the traditional belt-buckle location. Do not position Core Charger at or above the navel.

Once positioned, tighten Core Charger firmly. Don't stop when it only feels comfortably snug.

The correct fit should create firm, focused pressure at the bottom of your Internal Vertical Line.

A comfortably snug fit is usually too loose.
