How to Wear the Core Charger Training Belt
The front of the belt contains the core cube which must be in the centre of the body below the belly button or navel.
The core cube must NOT be placed above the navel, as this will cause poor spinal posture which may lead to injury.

Pull the belt straps very tight on both sides on both sides until the core cube at the front of the belt can really be felt pressing into the abdominal muscles.
The Core Charger belt is worn very tight on the wearer's torso.
